Connecting your Hearing Aid for Captioning

The Roger NeckLoop is a wireless Roger receiver that pairs hearing aids with a Telecoil or 'T' setting to Roger microphones, helping you understand speech better in noisy environments or at a distance from a speaker.

If you're being assessed by the DSA for hearing loss and don't have access to any audio input device, you can go back to your needs assessor to request equipment relevant to you.

You can connect a Roger NeckLoop and Roger microphone to your laptop to get a live transcription via Caption.Ed to get the most optimal captions.

Learn how to setup your Roger NeckLoop and get it connected to your laptop or mobile phone here.
