How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancelling your Subscription

If you would like to cancel your subscription or end your free trial, you can do so directly from Caption.Ed.

1. Log in to Caption.Ed Dashboard
2. Click on Settings in the left-hand menu, then Account Details
3. Click on the Subscription tab and then select Manage Subscription
4. Click Cancel Plan 
5. Select Cancel Plan again to confirm.
6. Fill out the form to provide feedback as to why you wish to cancel your subscription
7. Your Caption.Ed subscription has now been cancelled
