Windows

  1. Type "Run" into the Windows search bar.

  2. Select the "Run" command at the top of the search results.
  3. In the "Run" window, enter the following path: "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Caption.Ed\logs" without quotation marks.

  4. Look for the main file in this location.

MacOS

  1. Click on the left-most icon in the Dock to open Finder.

  2. In the menu bar at the top, click on GoGo to Folder...

  3. Copy and paste the following path into the pop-up window: "~/Library/Logs/Caption.Ed" without quotation marks.
