As an administrator on an organisation Caption.Ed site license, here's how you can set a usage cap for all your users, or individual users.

Setting or changing a cap for all users

  1. First, Log in to Caption.Ed in your browser.
  2. Select "Settings" on the left-hand menu, then select "Organisation Admin".
  3. Scroll down the page until you see the "Usage cap minutes" option.
  4. Enter the maximum number of minutes you want users to have access to. Click "Save" to confirm the change.

All of the users on your organisation license will now have this limit applied to their accounts. You can amend the cap at any time or remove the cap entirely by leaving the box empty and clicking "Save".
