We have introduced some amazing new features in Caption.Ed in the browser that allows you to caption an online meeting, an in-person meeting or a browser tab directly from the browser without needing a Google Chrome extension.
When speaking with our users, we found that the Google Chrome extension didn't offer the level of functionality. Instead of using the Chrome extension, we recommend logging into Caption.Ed in your browser, which can be found at https://app.caption-ed.com.
