📣 Speaker labels on exports - November 25th 2024
We'll automatically add the speaker's names to a transcript when you export it as word doc or text file. Export any transcript to see for yourself.
🎥 Record Edge and Chrome tabs - August 22nd 2024
If a webpage makes a sound, you can caption it! Whether it’s an online video, podcast or lecture recording, you can now capture it using Caption.Ed on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Click here to give it a go in a new browser tab.
⏩ Intuitive audio skip & rewind - August 13th 2024
Now, when playing back a session, you can drag the audio scrub bar to skip and rewind the audio. You can still use the playback controls and click a word in the transcript to change the audio. Just revisit any session (without video) to see it in action.
🏷️ Easier speaker labelling - June 25th 2024
We’ve made it quicker to rename speakers in your transcript - two clicks, and you’re done. Revisit any sessions to try it out.
🖋️ Introducing Caption.Ed Scribe - June 12th 2024
Add your Caption.Ed Scribe to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet calls to accurately capture who is saying what during online and hybrid meetings.
- Speaker names are automatically labelled live in the session with the captions
- Join in the browser on your laptop, tablet, Chromebook or phone
- Audio is still recorded if you lose internet
