Why won't my session load?

Sometimes, you will record a session, and it won't load for some reason. Here are some quick and easy tips and tricks to get it working again:

  1. Log out and back in again this will help to refresh the system.
  2. Check your firewall settings. It could be that a firewall is preventing you from accessing your session. To know which domains and IP addresses to authorise, click here.
  3. Try out another browser; it might be you are trying to load your session on a browser we do not support, such as Firefox. For best results, we suggest you use Google Chrome. 
  4. Test another device; this can then help determine pinpoint where the problem may lie
  5. Clear your Cache and Cookies.
