Sometimes, you will record a session, and it won't load for some reason. Here are some quick and easy tips and tricks to get it working again:
- Log out and back in again this will help to refresh the system.
- Check your firewall settings. It could be that a firewall is preventing you from accessing your session. To know which domains and IP addresses to authorise, click here.
- Try out another browser; it might be you are trying to load your session on a browser we do not support, such as Firefox. For best results, we suggest you use Google Chrome.
- Test another device; this can then help determine pinpoint where the problem may lie
- Clear your Cache and Cookies.
