How to update your card details

Please follow the steps below to update your card details:

1. Log into your Caption.Ed account, you can find the login here
2. Then, click on "Settings" and "Account Details."
3. Then, click on the "Subscription" tab and click on the "Manage Subscription" button.

   

4. A new tab will open where you can update your bank details. Click on the "Pencil Icon" next to your payment card.

   

5. You then will need to click on "Add payment method" and input your card details, and make sure to click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page to save your new details.
