What does limited support mean?
We will offer limited support as the year ends, so you may receive delayed responses to emails asking for help. There will not be any web chat or WhatsApp support during this time.
We will aim to respond to you as soon as possible to help and assist you. You can search our help centre for any questions you may have, use our AI-gent bots in our help centre, or look at the CareScribe Academy for any assistance.
