You can generate a shareable link to share live captions within the Session Editor. This will allow others to read the captions of the meetings in real time!
Share from your Session Editor
1. Log into Caption.Ed in the browser.
2. Start a recording of any type you like.
3. Click on the share button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
5. Then, toggle on the enable share link.
6. Lastly, all you need to do is click on the copy share link button, then paste it to whoever you want to share it with.
If you decide that you no longer want to share your recording, all you need to do is toggle the share link off, and it will disable anybody that you have shared with from seeing the recording.
Once the session has ended, the person you shared the recording with will be taken to our historic sharing mode, where they can view the transcription as well as the audio.
Note:
People that recieve this share link will not be able to see your notes!
