Configuring your Antivirus/Firewall
If you're using a computer that's on a network managed by your workplace or university, then your organisation's firewall may block Caption.Ed from working properly.
Caption.Ed needs to connect to some domains to work properly. These domains are:
transcriber.carescribe.io
app.caption-ed.com
captioned.talk-type.com
api.captioned.carescribe.io
carescribe.io
caption-ed.com
talk-type.com
Check with your organisation's IT team that these domains have been whitelisted for full access.
Also, ensure that Caption.Ed application has been whitelisted in your Antivirus.
