As an organisation admin, you can invite new users to your institution's Caption.Ed license.
First, Log in to your Caption.Ed dashboard.
Select "Users" from the left-hand menu.
Then, select the "New User" button in the top right.
Fill out the user's details and select "Create User".
The invited user should then receive an email with instructions on how to set up a new password and activate their Caption.Ed account.
