Webinar: Live Support and Q&A for Users

Join our webinar to help you get set up with your Caption.Ed account. Getting to know a new software can be tricky, so we’re here to give any extra support needed. The webinar will be a chance to recap how Caption.Ed is used, as well as answer any questions you may have. 

We’ll run through:

• How to record a session - both in-person and online

• Easy ways to take notes

• What to do with your recorded sessions

• Editing and downloading your transcript

• Q&A to answer any other questions you have
  

Webinar format:

Users can keep their cameras off if they like and ask questions anonymously via the chat. You’ll be able to interact as much or as little as you like in the meeting.
