Moving from a trial to a paid account

For the majority of customers if you have a trial licence, you will then navigate to your dashboard, and top up with credit. This will automatically convert your trial account to a paid account. There are no extra steps and the rest of this article doesn't apply to you.

For some users they may sign up to a trial account and then have a third party such as a university or employer supply them an account. You will be supplied new log-in credentials which may either be a licence key, or a username and password.

I've been provided a licence key.

You licence key provides you access to a completely new account, separate to your original trial account. This new account will have the purchased credit assigned to it.

You will need to log out of your trial account and log in using your licence key to

access this.
