No audio through my Bluetooth headphones

So you're using Caption.Ed with a set of Bluetooth headphones but you're losing audio? Read on to fix this.

When you connect a set of Bluetooth headphones, often the sound settings on your machine will need adjusting to ensure the correct playback device is selected. Please follow the step by step guide below to rectify this issue:

Step 1:
Click on the speaker icon in your desktop toolbar (bottom right corner of the screen) and expand the pane.


Step 2:

Select your headset from the list of available devices

Once you have selected your headset, you should then be able to hear the sound from your meeting through your headphones whilst captioning.
