If you have been provided with a Caption.Ed license under the DSA or through AtW then you will have been given a license key. If you cannot see any credit when you log in to your account it could be for one of the following two reasons:
1) Your license key hasn't yet been activated
2) Your license key has been activated but isn't synced to your account
In either case, please follow these steps to resolve the problem:
Open your Caption.Ed account.
You can do this through the website, through the extension icon in your browser, or through the desktop application.
If opening through the browser, once you have clicked on Caption.Ed logo highlighted in top right corner of the above image, click on the three lines in the bottom left corner of the window, then click 'My Account'.
If opening the desktop application you can click directly on 'My Account' in the bottom left corner as below
Once you are in your Caption.Ed dashboard, navigate down to the 'Account Details' tab in your left hand side tool bar.
In this panel, at the bottom of the page you will see the option to 'Redeem License Key'. In here please enter your license key and click 'Redeem'.
Refresh your page and if successful your license key will be redeemed and you should see your new credit amount in your dashboard.
