Setting Up Your Account

Once you've installed Caption.Ed, you will need to log in with an account. There are two ways to do this.

Caption.Ed from your school, university or workplace

Accessibility is vital in any organisation, which is why many leading universities, schools, colleges, and companies are providing their students and staff with access to Caption.Ed.

If you’re being provided Caption.Ed by an organisation (such as your university, school, or employer) then you will have received an email from them with your activation information. This will be your institutional email and a password.

You can check if your organisation has signed up to Caption.Ed here

If your organisation has access to Caption.Ed, but you haven’t received your credentials, then please speak to your organisation's accessibility officer.

If you're still struggling to access Caption.Ed through your organisation then please raise a support request or email us directly at [email protected]

Caption.Ed for personal use

You can also use Caption.Ed on a personal plan. You can choose your Caption.Ed plan and create an account here

Personal accounts come with a 30 day free trial.
