How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your Caption.Ed account password and need to change it, you can request a password reset by selecting "Forgot your password?" on the log-in page, or you can go directly here. You'll have to submit your registered email address which will send a password reset link to your inbox. 



I've received the message "Caption.Ed Reset Password Token Has Expired" what do I do?

If you’ve received an email to activate your account or to reset your password, the link in the email will expire after 60 minutes. If you try to click the link after 60 minutes, it won't work. If this happens, just have to submit the password reset form again to get a new email.
